Our pizza dough recipe is a guarded family secret but we stay true to our Italian roots with water, yeast, flour, sea salt flakes & Italian extra virgin olive oil. Our flour originates from a small village in Frosinone, central Italy. By proofing our dough for a minimum of 48 hours we create traditional Roman style pizza bases which are thin, crispy and stone baked. All of our pizza bases are completely vegan, so switch up your toppings for a vegan pizza!
We only use DOP certified San Marzano tomatoes from the Campania region of Italy and "fior di latte cubetti" mozzarella which is imported on a weekly basis.
