Our pizza dough has remained true to its Italian roots and consists of only three ingredients; flour, sea salt flakes & extra virgin olive oil. All of our ingredients are imported from regions around Italy on a weekly basis. We proof our dough for a minimum 48 hours to create a traditional Roman style pizza:
thin, crisp, stone baked & hand stretched to order.
